Tongo Point belongs to one of our Marine Parks here in Moalboal. It features a slope with several small caves. There is a high chance for spotting small crustaceans and seahorses among the large purple fans during the late afternoon. There is hardly any current around these caves.
Tongo Point
Tongo Point is a superb Marine park that has a huge schools of fish but they it is most famous for the Electric clams.
This dive site is popular for its beautiful large clams, flame fire shells, sea turtles and whale sharks. In addition to these species, there are also various nudibranches, leaf fish, barracudas, snappers, parrotfish and pipefish. The caves are full of hard and soft corals, gorgonians and colorful sponges.
